Appendix

  1. Any breach of IPQB rules and regulations by an Accredited Training Provider, Courseware Owner, or registered trainer may result in withdrawal of accreditation (no fees will be refundable), and your organization may be removed from the list of Training Providers on the {National Board Initials} and IPQB website.
  2. IPQB may update, at its sole discretion, the syllabus for the {INSERT SYLLABUS}. IPQB will determine whether such an update has a material impact on the accredited materials. Depending on this assessment, IPQB may require FULL, PARTIAL, or NO changes to the accredited materials. If FULL or PARTIAL changes are required, you must comply with any regulations and timelines specified by IPQB, or your accreditation will become invalid. Note: Costs may be incurred for these updates.
  3. IPQB reserves the right to withdraw or change the syllabus for {INSERT SYLLABUS} at any time within the X years (or beyond) of your accreditation. Neither the {National Board Initials} nor IPQB will bear responsibility for any costs associated with the development of materials, sales, marketing, or promotion. Accreditation does not guarantee any income or returns from the {National Board Initials}.
  4. You may only use any permitted {National Board Initials} and IPQB logos provided, in accordance with the relevant terms and conditions specified.
